At the International Leadership Education and Associate Development (ILEAD) Academy, our goal is to provide forums for diverse experts to discuss their ideas regarding quality training and development practices in the workforce. As such, we provide and organize conferences about management and leadership topics that are geared toward practitioners and academicians. Practitioners and academicians can interact, communicate and discuss their latest best practices and research findings. Such interactions between academicians and practitioners can assist in closing the gap between research and the latest practices in the workplace.
If you would like to attend a future conference or present your ideas, research findings or best practices in one of the upcoming conferences, then please submit a proposal for a paper presentation, a symposium, a penal discussion, or a workshop for review and inclusion consideration at an upcoming event. |
